Latency question about X3 Studio; how to reduce latency if needed

System: Sonar X3 Studio, Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 interface, ASIO drivers, Win 7 Pro 64, Quad core 3.1 ghz cpu. Newbie here.... what exactly do you get when you get AD2?

I am downloading X3 tonight to take advantage of the upgrade goodies like Addictive Drums 2 Melodyne and the Blue plugs.What exactly do you get when you get "the full version" of addictive Drums 2?
