Anyone got Maschine 2.0 and it's controller working in VST mode in X3D?

I'm able to use Maschine 2.0 as a VST with Sonar X3D as the sequencer. Maschine drums all responding to one midi channel and Maschine synth sounds responding to various midi channels. But I can only do it using my keyboard as the controller. I have not figured out how to do this with the Maschine co..

Antares Harmony Engine

Is there any way to turn off the velocity/midi data lines in track view midi clips?
