No sound, missing master outputs

Trying to use an 8.5 PE project on X3 PE, but I can't get sound, and the apparent reason is because X3 won't allow me to assign the proper master outputs, which are missing. Cant get Waves Plugins to Work

Just upgraded for x1 to x3e... I cant get my waves diamond bundle to work? On the vst scan i get (0) after each waves plugin.. Shows in plug in mgr as registered plugins... They worked with x1? Any help appreciated....

Crossfade twilight zone

What did I screw up now? I've never had this issue before. I'm working on a track with multiple take lanes. I want lane 1 to overlap lane 2. No dice.
