Video question

Hey guys, I don't do much with video and have never done anything with video in Sonar, but now I have to and I'm running into a few issues. No output in kontakt 5.1+ from my mpd18 yet works in reason and session drummer

other virtual instruments appear to work like session drummer reason in the korg sampler with strings however when i try to use kontakt and load a instrument kit of any type nothing is triggered by the mpd the only way to play and hear the samples is by clicking over them with the mouse i dont know ..

How "good" is Sonar X3s QuadCurve EQ compared to others?

Hey Just wondering if anyone compared Sonars built-in QuadCurve EQ with 3rd part providers, such as Fabfilter, Nomad Factory, Waves etc. I can't really hear any difference but I've heard that EQs (free etc) often add noise, especially when adding gain to a digital EQ (like QuadCurve EQ). SOLVED Sonar X3e -"Cannot create process" error after Soundforge wave editor reinstall

Just had to reinstall Sony Soundforge 11.0 in Sonar X3e and noe get the error message when trying to edit a wav clip. Prior to reinstall it worked fine I made no changes in the reg file and the Sony install directory path is the sameHere's the reg info Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 "ExePath"..

Missing MIDI Ports

[Solved] Hitting space bar prompts project to be saved?

I just started a new project in X3e, and all was going smoothly until yesterday. I don't know what I did, but I noticed that hitting the space bar to stop play caused the project to display the asterisk (*) showing that I had made a change to the project, even though I had done nothing but hit stop ..
