free expansion pack?

got an email the other day for Free Polybius Expansion Pack for Z3TA+ 2. But it is not in my account like the links show. Anyone else with this issue? Do I need to ask the cust support?..

sonarX 3 plugin does not appear- EZDrummer.

Although it is found on plugin initial scan, EZDrummer does not appear in the plugin available list.When I open a previous recorded song that includes EZDrummer, it appears normally thoug.Can someone help me with this issue?..
