Whats the hot key you hold for 32bit plug ins

To bring up the full menu structure in a 64bit environment? Someone told me on here ages ago which I appreciate but I've forgotten. There is a magic button you press when launching the interface of a 32bit VST in a 64 bit environment that brings up a floating menu. Please help me out Thanks Alex..

Why do track folders drag expand the actual folder portion??

I am not able to see what use that would be for my workflow. I have a track folder, with multiple tracks, why would I want to expand the topmost portion of the actual folder? I just can't see why...
