Media Foundation video engine/ Video Start Time

We cannot adjust video clip's start time when using Media Foundation video engine so I cannot use the new engine. Cake, will there be a patch for it in near furute? Best..

How do I set up the step sequencer for 7/8 time?

I cannot seem to work out how to do this. My project meter is set to 7/8. If I set the number of beats in the step sequencer to 7, it interprets that as 7 quarter notes instead of eighth notes.
