Auto scroll in Melodyne

I have Melodyne Editor and have noticed that when added to a clip as a region FX it doesn't always scroll as the now time marker goes past the screen. I know that in PRV you have to right click on the ruler after doing some editing to make it auto scroll. But I've tried this in Melodyne and it doesn..

Raise or lower pitch of a note on vocal track

Is there a way, short of punching in / out, of changing the pitch of a note on a vocal or other audio track? Let's say the singer was just a little flat or sharp on a note or two. Can it be moved in Sonar Producer 8? If not, is there a program out there that will let you do that?..
