Sonar Producer Naming and Updates

I don't get the Sonar Producer Naming and Updates letters. I got and email that says, update to Sonar X3, then I come to the forum and all the posts are for Sonar 8. What gives? Is Sonar X3 actually Sonar 8? And with the updates, it is named X3e, with the e, does that mean there has been five update..

(SOLVED??) Weirdest X3 Disk Load thing ever!

Ok. Anyone have any ideas about this weirdness?I started a new project using all my normal templates, procedures etc. After I had about 6 x 4 bar loops written I noticed my Disk Load was peaking and sometimes stopping the Audio Engine altogether. Muted clips in take lanes NOT muting in X3E - works in X3C <RESOLVED SMH>

I know I had this working in X3C. I have take lanes with muted clips, but the muted clips are still playing audibly. Using X2 Producer plug-ins in X3 Studio

I have X2 Producer and am considering upgrading to X3, but probably only Studio since I'm not that interested in AD and the AAS plugs. Can anyone confirm if a newer Studio version will allow you to use Producer plug-ins (e.g. Pro-Channel, Breverb) from a prior version?..
