X3 install question

So I downloaded X3 and installed it, same with AD. But all those loops and dimension pro 1.5, isn't that all the same as it was in X2? So I could just run the files from my X2 download? Anything changed? Thanks..

Can I just check something regarding the panning law in Sonar x3. For recorded 'pure' stereo, what's the best option? Let's say I record an acoustic guitar in x/y.
