[Solved] X3 - how the heck do you Step Record??

Haven't used this for a while - the old option to do this seems hidden(?)I just need to open the dialogue box - wherever that is - anyone know?..

In cakewalk, I could click on a track, select a portion, and edit it. I have no idea how to do that here. I go to the sonor university and end up with some demo about the producer series drum plug in. What the? Is there anything better than what cakewalk thinks passes for users guide?..

Changing midi note sent ?

Hi I need to change the midi note that's being read by sonar how do I do that? I can't change it from the device into sonar, that's not possible so any ideas?..

Melodyne screen with Xe patch?

Hi All, A I have the paid upgrade to the Melodyne Editor version. The Sonar 3Xe patch has that annoying Melodyne modify/repair/remove update window that pops up during theinstallation process that I closed the window by cancelling. Was this the right choice?..

Mono waveform in comp track where take lanes are all stereo??

Am I missing something here. When I have two overlapping stereo take lanes the comp track shows a mono waveform just for the overlap, otherwise it shows stereo. When I flatten the comp, I see a mono waveform in the comp track and the first take lane is solo'd and the waveform is stereo?? I think it ..

Sonar LE & Ezdrummer

Hi everybody! I'm having some trouble to insert the EZdrummer sound in Sonar LE. I can listen all the EZD grooves, but when I drag it to Sonar ( I can't hear all the instruments. Producer X3e download fail

Hmmmmm so I've tried 4 times now this evening and I get a fail after about 3-40mb. The dl is painfully slow up until that point. I've not had any problems downloading from Cakewalk or anywhere else for that matter in the past. Is it just a traffic thing? Anyone else having issues? I'm gonna give up ..

[Answered] Reinstalling X3

I had to scrub my computer as windows 7 was acting up. I've have all versions of Sonar since 8.5. I have to reinstall X3. do I have to go back to 8.5 or start from my first X3 upgrade?..
