Starting Sonar X2a after machine start/reboot is VERY slow

Running Sonar X2a (32-bit) on my laptop and recently have noticed that the first start of the application following a reboot is deathly slow - taking around a minute usually. Minimize Track Arrows

Hello.. I seem to have lost my minimize track arrows which sit just left of the VU meters in track view. 2 little gray arrows that point up or down..can anyones help me this? All help is much appreciated.. Thanks..

8GB RAM not enough to use screensets in a heavy project? (Switching them often crashes X3)

Or is there some other reason why switching screensets often crashes my X3? (Seems to happen more often than when I was on X2 - when my PC had only 4GB btw.)Maybe some specific plug-in is causing the crash?
