Is there a Patchbay in the Sonar X3?

I have Sonar X3 Studio, i recorded a key riff on a track but i want to add some distortion.i want to run a cakewalk audio track out of my computer into a stand alone tube screamer "distortion"and back into cakewalk on a new audio track...I looked all through the help files and couldn't find anything..

How to Un-strech accidental stretch of an audio clip and not lose quality?

sonar x1 exporting instrumental with vocals

ok so i figured out the buses part but now when im done recording and listen to it, it all sounds good but when i export it the db volume bars explode up high on the instrumentals and ruins the track and even though i lower the volume it doesnt seem to work i need help..

Help with VSL Ensemble Pro 5 setup
