Sample Magic loops and such etc.

Trying to find out how to use some of the loops and samples included with Sonar X1 but not finding much. I found there were two copies of Sample Magic in in the Audio Library Folder. Ctrl-Z in Melodyne

Be careful people, Ctrl-Z works as intended for for both Sonar and Melodyne depending on which program has the focus. any way to slow scrolling speed?

A big problem I have is scrolling in my sequence. When moving the box scroll with mouse it goes so quick I keep losing my place ...anyway to slow it down without simply expanding the width of bars?..
