midi latency

Just upgraded to X3 (from x1). Love it so far. I can't seem to solve a latency issue with midi. Latency is immediate on listening to a keyboard prior to recording or playback. Metronome on exported 2 track desired

I would like to give a drummer an audio file (for practicing prior to recording) complete with the metronome, "click track." How would I set up the X1 producer-metronome so that when I export to 2-track I can hear the sound of the metronome along with the other instruments. Thanks!..

Sonar 8.5.3: can't select and drag audio clip to a new position in track

I can select it when clicking the track number, but the clip immediately clears off selection when left click to drag it. I then got into Track Properties by right clicking and tried to change the Start time, but the clip ends up at a totally different time from the one I type in. Any ideas? Thanks,..

Solved : Strange! Vocal track still plays when muted, even when deleted! : Solved

Playing around with some ideas on a mix for a band I'm tracking the other night, I had a strange thing happen.I had an earlier vocal track that I thought I might be able to use bits and pieces of for doubles. So, I unmuted it, played around with it for a bit, never saved anything, just experimenting..

TTS-1 Drums to Addictive

How do I change the drum midifile from TTS-1 Drums to Addictive? In the track where the drum midifile is (midi channel 10), when I go thru the steps starting with insert a softsynth and then insert Addictive Drums, I hear no sounds from the Addictive drums when it opens on my screen and I click over..
