recording rehearsals problem

hi, i use sonar to also record all band rehearsals.the problem i have is i can't find a quick and easy way to distribute a recording of the practice to the guys in the 10 min. we usually have of talking after practice. 2 of the guys have sonar x2 pro like myself so i would think it would be easy to ..

Help soloing individual instruments in AD

Counting Coup

Anyone seeing this in PRV in X3 (and X2)?

After copying and/or pasting in the PRV, I immediately lose control of my zoom functions via Ctrl/ left/right arrow. I need to click on the ruler to reactivate it. A very small thing but it drives me nuts (as the small things are wont to do). Is this something unique to me? Thanks David..
