Can you toggle the ARA - Convert audio clip to MIDI function Off?

On Sonar Producer X3d - The ARA feature where you can drag an audio clip into a MIDI track and it is auto-converted to MIDI is a great one, but I find myself sometimes dragging in audio clips and accidentally dropping them in a MIDI track. This can result in quite a wait for the ARA process to do it..
