Please point me to a good computer OPTIMIZATION thread

I run W7 and would like to make sure that my settings are optimal. Currently, I've done nothing but disable my wireless adapter.My performance may have been a little better prior to X3 and I'd like to check up on things. Thank you!James..

Midi in triggers unwanted snare

I purchased and installed Z3ta +2, and can run it in stand-alone mode. However, even though it's installed in a VST Plugin folder, and the folder is listed in the X2's preferences, and I've rescanned it a hundred times, and I've moved Z3ta to its own folder and specified that folder explicitly in X2..

Sonar X3 not saving certain settings.....I think

I have the latest patch of X3, and I've noticed that certain settins dont save with the project. I have to select midi inputs and outputs every time I open a project. I also have to set the "snap" to 1/4 note, it reverts back to 1/32 everytime I open the project. Is there a setting I have to change ..

VK FX Automation Woes

I'm experiencing some problems when trying to automate the VKFX power switch. Either the module doesn't turn on or off as expected, it stops playback altogether or causes the whole project to stutter. Anyone else experiencing this?..

X2 plug-in manager can't find plug-in

I have GPO and IO and the Aria Player doesn't show up after scan.Aria Player VST_64.dll is in C:prog files\cakewalk\Vstplugins\garritan\aria player but when I tell the plug-in manager to scan that folder it still won't show up.Any thoughts?Thanks very much,RandyEDIT: never mind I'm just going to uni..
