X2, Bounce to clip losing audio quality?

like the topic is saying, looking at the waveform after bouncing to clip, are not the same at all.so are we losing audio quality?when im hearing with headphones also i find theres difference in the sound. its less good.is there a way to bounce real time to fix this problem? i changed the render bit ..

bit conversion question

Hi everybody. Hey I'm wondering... In a project I will usually record the tracks at 24 bit however I'd like to add an mp3 track from outside. Should I open that up and save it as a 24 bit file? Or is that something that Sonar just automatically handles? Thanks! WSS..
