Sonar X3 Producer - can't edit piano roll, or use browser

Take Lanes - What's My Problem - Solved

Pattern X3

When i copy my pattern using ctrl+drag, it doesn't start (when played)from the beginning of the pattern. It tends to jump a few notes instead of playing from the beginning of the new pattern sets. How do I fix this? The original pattern plays fine then it goes downhill from there...

Melodyne RegionFX question

After editing several vocal clips with Melodyne, does leaving them as RegionFX use up any additional CPU power while tracking other vocals? I prefer to wait to bounce the clips until later, in case further editing is needed, but wasn't sure if any processing is going on each time those edited clips ..
