UPGRADE QUESTION?

Ok here is my Question...I have Sonar 8.5 Producer and want to upgrade to X3...Now I have the full version of Dimension Pro and Rapture that I got with producer....Lookng at he X3 upgrades, the Producer edition comes with that also for $199 and the Studio does not for $99..Question is since I bought..

exporting 44.1 mixes when recordings were at double or quad rates

I notice that the Freq Analysts show frequencies up to 48 kHz when my tracks recorded at 96 kHz. Should I low pass filter the final mix before exporting to 44.1. I think I don't have an EQ that allows me to filter out above 20 kHz although I'm not positive about that. When I export to 44.1 from a 96..

[Solved] Time stretching to fill dropout/gap

I have a project that was recorded years ago in which there are several dropouts, where there must have been dropped buffers or some such that caused the audio to skip forward a fraction of a second. Any advantages of the built-in MP3 Encoder?

I saw that the MP3 activation price was cut to $10, so I'm considering just finally activating it once and for all. No automation access to Addictive Drums while it's in the synth rack

You can access it if you put it in the FX bin of a track. This is bizarre. I think this goes for all synths. Though it seems you can still write the automation by adjusting parameters on the fly you won't be able to adjust them afterwards. This bugs me...
