How do I compile a CD?

Though I've been recording and mixing tracks for some time now, it has been just that.I now have a whole bunch of tracks recorded and mixed and I'd like to get them onto a CD.Problem is, I'm not clear on how to proceed. None of the tracks are mastered or in one place.I just have a heap of .cwp files..

Drag a note in Piano Roll View, duplicate note left over

When I drag a note in Piano Roll View to a different note position, Sonar X1 leaves behind a duplicate note with a very short duration. Then I have to erase that leftover note each time. Very annoying (and obstructive if I don't catch that leftover note). Is there a setting that will eliminate that ..
