Lost all sound - Please help!

Really easy fix; Newbie here, please help!

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make the tempo of a drum loop match the tempo of the song I'm doing. Drum loop says 105 bpm, I want to make it be 120 bpm in my song. I know it's an easy click fix, I just can't seem to find it...

Is there any way to get the Sonar arpeggiator to have fine, non-fractional control over an arpeggio rate? With automation? I'm trying to make a gradually increasing arpeggio effect, but Sonar's arp and every arp plugin I try seems to be locked in to the project tempo...

Last Question About Offset

So, I disabled the O key to prevent unintentional entries into Offset mode; however, now I want to enter Offset mode quickly just to ensure that there are no offsets in a project; that is, to ensure all faders are at 0 in offset mode.
