X3 Help Files Gone! ...

I've never had anything like this happen in Sonar before. Not sure how or why, but all my X3 Help Files just up and disappeared! Cannot hear effects on vocals

Recording a lead vocal. Have some effects loaded in the vocal track (EQ, FX2 Tape, Comp) and it sounds good when in record mode. But when I play it back none of the FX can be heard. Upgrading to X3 Producer

Hello Everybody, These questions are for anyone and everyone. When I upgrade to X3 Producer, will I have to re-install all of my third party items, including Superior Drummer, additional Midi and looping clips, etc.? Weird freeze and losing MIDI data
