X3 MIDI snap to grid not working properly

Is anyone else having issues with the snap to grip in Piano Roll View mode? I work a lot in PRV and when editing notes to a certain value, say 16th notes, they are not snapping to the correct position. The same thing is happening with the durations. Since I upgraded from X2, X3 used my old settings...

Limiting strain on the DAW and CPU during mixing

Wouldn't it be beneficial to bounce a track to a new track once you are satified with it then turn off the plugs and archive the original and use the bounced version with the committed processing for mixing? Wouldn't that free up a lot of processing the DAW and CPU have to do and minimize snap crack..

Will the Piano Roll Ever be Easy to use?

I keep upgrading hoping the piano roll will be easy to use. It never seems to get easier. It seems like they made it even more frustrating in X2. Seems like easy piano roll editing died when they stopped supporting Project 5. Any ideas on getting a grasp on the piano roll? Any videos that help you g..

I see there are still threads around with "X3c" and "crashes" in their titles, yet they go over pages and get really hard to keep up with on a limited time budget; these threads don't seem to come to definite conclusions or real solutions ... or maybe I just blanked out reading through the 40th post..

What to use on the road?

Audio Dropouts with X3, VEPRO and Apollo Interface

Hey Guys, I don't know if anyone else is experiencing audio dropouts with X3? I run my samples using VEPRO and route everything through my Apollo interface. I occasionally get a "Please close and re-start Kontakt after a sample rate change". I have everything in VEPRO set always to 48k? Any thoughts..
