Performance of Large String Libraries

IKMs 5, 32 bit synths won't run in Win 8.1 as plugins.

Hi All Is anyone else getting this behaviour when using the scroll zoom (eg Alt + Mouse wheel) If I am zoomed in on a track further down the screen (eg track 20) and try to zoom out using the mouse scroll wheel the screen jumps to the first track so I have to zoom out and then move down again ..
