A new point of view for the FX bin

I'd like to take the tiny, 1-dimensional FX bin towards this idea by Blue Cat Audio. Parallel channels and individual mix-% and pan controls would be just perfect IMHO...

I just found out that I'm unable to load a track icon in track view. I had to go into console view to do this, but I remember doing it in track view not so long ago. When and why did this change take place? I checked the help menu, which says to go into view>icons>show icons etc. All buttons are che..

Snap to grid isn't "snapping"

In track view and piano roll view, when snap to grid is on, I can drop notes between the snap value. So, for instance, if snap to grid is set to whole note, I can drop a note between two whole notes. I rely heavily on snap to grid. Can someone tell how to use it in X1?..

EQ Analyzer

I have X3 Studio so I don't have the flyout Quadcurve analyzer that comes with Producer's Pro Channel. The ProChannel EQ is nice but I like to see the frequencies visually as I make adjustments. Reversing reverb??

My vst cello sounds as if there is too much reverb on it even though it doesn't have any reverb. I tried double&triple EQ and I don't think it can be done with just EQ. I want to make it sound less fuzzy and brighter. Does anybody have a recommendation:(?..

Stupid Question, I'm sure

Hello: I've been off the grid for a very long time. I recently upgraded to Sonar X3 Producer and am enjoying getting back into recording again. I am very impressed with the stability of X3 so far. I have mainly just produced music using vsti's and midi editing but am now interested in mixing it down..

Still a few problems with some Waves Plugins (VST3)

When moving plugins from track 1 to track 2 some plugins will be blank and loose all settings.It happens with X-Hum and Z-Noise - not so with Q10 or L3.The projects are made and saved with X3c. This is very strange...
