Platinum reinstall, no instruments

I had to reinstall Platinum. But the instruments, like bass and pianos, didn't install. How do I install the instruments? I didn't have this problem before when I reinstalled it...

V-Vocal broken in latest Plat 2016.08

On 2 different projects I've tried opening V-Vocal on a small 2 bar clip and it froze into an hourglass for a long tie until I finally tried to close Plat by hitting exit. Track control layout presets

My prefence in these track presets is " All" to show all the I / O s, etc. How do I set these as global for all my projects? Now, when I re open a project, it always goes back to the " Lens" setting, with the minimal controls . Thanks..
