Windows 8.1: do not update

Page up and Page Down (mouse wheel Scrolling) doesnt work in X3b

In X2, you can page up (scroll up) in the track view to hide all the track except for one or 2 and you can also do the same with the mouse wheel. In X3b, it doesn't work that way.
