Need To Un-install X2 Producer for X3 Producer?

are there components to X3 P that are in X2 P so that I don't have to install all of X3 P? or do I need to remove X2 P completely? Thanks...

Increaing velocity of ALL MIDI notes on a track in event view in SONAR X2.

I have a MIDI track with the volume already set at 127 BUT the velocity settings for each note in the event view are approx 60 - 70 for each note. If I increase each note velocity to 110-120 the volume increases (obviously!) My question ...Is there a simple way of increasing the velocity of each not..

Sonar won't send MIDI to a synth unless it is routed to an audio track?

Bear with me here, my understanding of all this is still shaky. Can someone explain to me why a soft synth loaded in Sonar will only accept MIDI data if that synth's output is routed to an audio track? If I just load a synth and create an associated MIDI track, the synth will not register any MIDI d..

Greetings I'm using Sonar 7 Producer with a Hammond XK-3c

When I record the Hammond audio it is full and deep sounding. When I play it with a midi track it sounds tinny. Is this some sort of midi echo? I've tried unsuccessfully to resolve this but haven't found the answer yet. Thanks for your help..
