Start Time and Track delay ??

HiI use Sonar X3 and recently added a VST (Ample Guitar) which is great for someone like me who can't strum in time. Ample Guitar talks about setting Track time and Track Delay? I have no idea what they are talking about can anyone help please? Cheersjorel..

X3 and plugin menu layout

Hi, X2 organised the plugins in a more logical way, separating them by folders etc.In X3, by default, they are separated by VST2 / VST3 / DirectX.If I chose the X3 PRODUCER EFFECTS layout, it will organise the SOME plugins by categories: -AmpSim-Channel/MultiEFX-Delay-Dinamicsetc etc... Unmute Take Lane to Record another

Is there not a way to unmute a Take Lane to record another in X3? Not everyone wants recording takes to be automatic. Sometimes the vocalists like recording line by line vs. take by take. Right now I'm having to keep comping at the Track Level not the Take Lane level. This was one of my frustrations..
