Can I replace a Session Drummer 3 with Addictive Drums?

Hey all...I have a few songs that I would like to do from scratch (especially with the True Pianos and Addictive Drums)...can I just use the "Replace Synth" command to switch from SD3 to AD? Or can this even be accomplished? Will I need to rebuild the drums again? Not so much the "in-line" midi data..

Sonar (X3) now opens projects in Full Screen mode!!!

I haven't really use my X3 yet but just noticed if you save the project when Sonar is in full screen mode, it opens in full screen mode next time. Sorry if you already knew this. Thanks Cakewalk!!!..

Inserting synths

Hello all. New X3 user, formerly 8.5.3. In 8.5.3 I could open a MIDI file, insert a soft synth (Like TTS-1), select all tracks, got to the Tracks menu, select outputs, and assign all outputs to the TTS-1. How do I accomplish this in X3? (I have searched). Thanks, Bob..

X3 - Just Installed

Installation went smoothly.Then Plugin Manager crashed while scanning a UAD-2 plugin.Restarted X3 and all went well.Will now do a series of tests.Will post results asap.cheers,joni..

Saving projects to my E drive, setup?

I have my projects saved to my E drive with the save audio per project checked. My global folder is on the C drive. When I installed X3 it changed my settings with everything back to my C drive so...Is the project extension (cwp) the only thing I need to save to the E drive? I went to look at how I ..

Having problems installing X3

So i downloaded all 3 parts of x3 i start with the first, it goes through all three of them then the install starts. Once it gets all the way to the end it goes to the blue shutdown screen. In x2 if i record a midi track for 3 takes it gives me 3 take lanes then select one track lane and switch it to prv the i can see all of the other track lane midi notes are present and in no way cant identify which note is from take 1, 2 or 3 and cant edit it anymore .
