BiFilter2 Anomoly

First of all I'm really digging X3b. I was using BiFilter2 on several tracks, perhaps 7 or 8. Suddenly the effects were not registering thru the plugin. Show VSTs as synths...?

I saw this a day or two ago here in the forums, but can't find it now...even in the reference manual. There was something in the preferences to turn off the option to show VSTs as synths in the browser. Could someone refresh my memory on that...? Thanks...!..
