Where is the sidechain button?

In Studio One there is a side chain button on side chainable plugs but in Sonar X3b no side chain button. I though X3b fix the side chain issue. Really liking X3..

some empty folders in browser view X3B?

Some folders in the browser view, such as PC presets, Audio loops and few other folders are empty. My install was normal 1 through 4 and then the update X3B update appeared to install ok. I can see the presets and content in these folders in the cakewalk content folder, so why are they not showing u..

Can I "split" a VST's output and route it to one or two separate audio tracks?

I want to capture the wave form to two audio tracks so I can slice and dice it with some of the X1 Ginsu knives. I don't want to mess around with freezing, and the batch process (tracks/Bounce to Audio) tends to divorce me from the task of "doing it" dynamically, that is, while the project is runnin..

Track Colors Tip in X3

To set all tracks to buss colors hit ctrl while selecting drop down default button on the track color widget. This will color all tracks to the buss color they are routed to. Clearly set your buss colors first. I did this from the CV using the widget at the bottom of the track strip...

Update::: No change to "Tempo View" in x3 apparently.

Session drummer 3 path incorect

Keeps looking in the c drive, But the samples are on another drive. Never had this issue with X1 or X2. Don't see anywhere to change the path in the register?So how can I change the path? I use session drummer for certain things, not much., but stillThanks..

X3 - did your own keyboard shortcuts suddenly disapper - maybe this is why...

Suddenly it was just gone and reverted back to original defaults. Beware not to close preference dialog with cancel, always OK if keyboard shortcuts tab is active. No, I did not assign and then close with cancel, that I understand. Just any time later on - you can open preferences and close with can..
