Media Box for Sonar X3 Producer ?

Didn't find the Box kit (Installation DVDs + manuals) for the new Sonar X3 releases on the CW store. Is it somewhere on the store and I may have missed it ? Will be grateful if someone can let me know whether its put up on the store or not and if it is, a link will be helpful. Thanks...

First Crash in X3

Tracks 'mastered' to same loudness level sound different loudness-wise

I've always 'home mastered' my own tracks usually with Ozone5 or T-RackS, and FabFilter L. Wow! X3 and NI Maschine appear to be working

The delay start I used to get when using Maschine as a plug-in has been fixed in X3 or at least working much better. I just the release of version 2.0 for Maschine, doesn't beak it again. I will keep my finger crossed...

Volume and Pan all reset with a + after them ???

Sonar 8.5.3 (and X1) in the track view the Volume sliders on all tracks went to 0+, literally a zero with a plus sign after it. All the the midi track volumes went to 101+. I just finished some tracking and went to listen but one of the tracks would not play. Somehow a take lane muted. What was even stranger is that it would not unmute.
