[Answered]Melodyne (and V-Vocal) Greyed Out

I've got a vocal clip selected, I click on Region FX and all the Melodyne (and V-Vocal) options are greyed out. Any thoughts?..

Why does spacebar not stop recording

When I record for like an hour just looping a song laying down take after take (just played 25 or so) when I stop and hit the spacebar on the keyboard Sonar isn't stopping. Happens in X2 and X3.
