How Do I?

I'm using Sonar 8.5.3 and have 2 identical audio tracks loaded. How do I get them to line up perfectly with each other? I've tried the drag and Edit tool but it is still out of sequence. There are some audio parts in the one track I would like to record into the other track.....Thanks Eddie..

A new one on me-Won't split
