X2 does not start up again

When I close X2 and want to start it up again after a while, nothing happens. I need to restart my PC to start X2 again.Can anybody explain this and help me to solve this issue?..

Sonar X2 Pro : Plugins Management 32bit/64bit

I'm getting pops/clicks when I used 32bit plugins. My whole system is 64bit native and I'm not getting any issues with 64bit plugins. How strict is the need to have plugin directories specified 64bit or 32bit? Should I re-organize all of my plug in directories?..

Making test tones

I'd like to check the response of my monitors with some test tones (sine waves), but should I make them all have the same db level, or do I follow the 'equal power' rule and reduce the level by 3db per octave as I increase the test tone frequency? TIA :-)..
