Sonar XI Producer audio changes after rendering

Dropouts During Real Time Bounces

I always do real time bounces to avoid dropouts in final/demo mixes. I can sit and listen to a mix over and over in Sonar with no dropouts whatsoever but when I bounce it to mp3 or wav I end up getting dropouts in the exported file.
