Need Help with my ua25ex

recently i bought a edirol ua25 ex with production plus pack when the advanced driver switch is on there are pops and crackling sound during playback. when its off playback is ok. what could be the solution for this problem? i already tried to change the settings in the options menu and asio pane..

LP64 EQ and Multiband cracks/pops

Anyone know how to edit the chords library in Sonar? The help file says one can create new groups of chord names...
