I Lost My 32-Bit DXi Presets... Not Happy

Cakewalk plugin presets in other programs

I'm not sure if this a a problem with how Premiere Pro implements VST, but I noticed that none of the presets for programs like VX64 seem to show up. is there a trick to getting them to appear?..

can you fix a clip on the input into the master bus with the bus gain?

I often watch the master bus with no FX on the bus (pro channel off) to ensure that my input levels to the bus don't clip before I switch the bus PC on and make tweaks.
