Where is the help page for Channel Tools?

F1 doesn't work. A search in the help file tells me to 'see the online help pages'. Searching the online help pages allows me to find pages which tell me to see the online help pages. Registering the Shared DLL's at the end of SonarX2 installation

Help, has anyone had a problem at the end of the install of X2 Producer 64bit. The installation fails saying it can't register VS700.DLL and then about 30 more DLL's.
