Quick question about using Sonar to sync audio to a video

I friend who uses Sonar also had a situation where he had a video filmed at an event where the video guy didn't get the video started on time and the audio precedes the video. So, the question is -- is there a way to offset the video when you load it into Sonar such that he can have the audio start ..

Tuning A to 432Hz rather than the default 440Hz

Need help with a bus issue!

I've set up a bus and sent four instrument tracks to it. The signal is going to both the mains and the bus.
