Fired up Sonar X2 after using Cubase 7 for 3 months.

Cubase 7 has crashed once in 3 months of continual use. I opened one old project on Sonar X2. The playback line kept disappearing, the smart tool didn't work as per the manual (i already knew that) and then it crashed. Sonar Video doesn't support VOB? I thought we're Pro Here?

I guess I expect too much? Sonar can only import compressed file formats. so I guess it can't be used for actual pro video... I was supposed to be replacing an audio track, but can only do so with a compressed file to start and finish with another compressed file... Is there something I'm missing he..

Recording 2 guitar tracks ?

I do what a lot of people do and thats pan 2 guitars one hard left and one hard right. Now I know you never want to record one then copy it to another but what about recording both tracks at the same time Does that change the sound?..

Wow, is this forum STILL busted ??!!

Is anyone else still experiencing very buggy and temperamental forum? Half the time I cannot post without being told there's an error, and then eventually when it does work it's posted 2 or 3 duplicates. In fact I'm still seeing a lot of posts in threads where people have deleted their text and writ..

no sound

HI can someone please help.Im using sonar 8.5 and everytime i open a project there is no sound even though i can see all the meters working.Only when I right click on the master track and select "set all bus outputs" and choose my soundcard output does the sound work.i have saved after doing so but ..

MP3 Export
