Losing EQ Settings is frustrating

Track View Doesn't Follow Now Time

Something I must have done today has unhitched the moving track view from the now time line. Before I did whatever it was, the track view followed the now time when I was in playback. Now it just sits there. How do I undo whatever it was I did?..
