Why don't my busses show VST3 efx in Sonar X3?

When I right click to place an audio effect in a buss, all of the options there are for the older VSTs/efx, but no VST3 folder on the menu. The audio tracks have a VST2 and VST3 menu option. Why isn't VST3 appearing as an option for my buss tracks? Thanks in advance...

How do you mix drum soft synths.....

AD2 set up as multiple output.... each piece going into separate tracks in Sonar. Once the MIDI track is recorded, what's the next step for mixing? I click "bounce to clips" and nothing happens...
