V-Vocal Sound Distortion Problems

I have used V-vocal successfully for years, but recently I noticed a very obvious flange sounding distortion on parts of the vocal track, wherever I apply pitch correction, even for very slight changes in pitch. Ugh... Why does my export sound completely different than my mix?

Need help with MIDI devices not being saved

I am using a Gateway tower with quad-core AMD, running Win 7 x64 and Sonar 5.2 64-bit version. i have a MIDISport 4x4 and 2x4 with the latest drivers. When I choose the MIDI devices, they are not remembered, even as part of a project. Anyone seen this and/or know of a solution?..

In the video the guy uses a keyboard shortcut (control something?) to "do/undo" midi input quantize in sonar producer X2.
