matrix and live recording

Hi i am trying use matrix and capture matrix performance into my tracks. I dont seem to be able to record an audio track simultanious to capturing matrix performance. Can't open a midi file???

Hi Folks,I am trying to open some older midi (MID) files in my Sonar but I get the following: Cannot read file. I am using Sonar X2 Producer. The file is definitely good as I can load it in other programs such as Master Tracks Pro. Any suggestions?Thanks in advance,Dave..

If I am recording a vocal track and have an effect plugin going. Let's say a compressor, reverb etc. Does that effect get printed to tape with my source?..

I have occasional trouble manually playing soft synths from a master keyboard. A pre-recorded midi track is played back fine (using Dimension for example), and during that playback I can access the synth and play it just fine.As soon as the playback track is stopped, I can see that i am sending midi..

hi everyone, i'm trying something I really never do. use SD 3. i'm able to insert a drum track however I can't seem to make it loop or drag it out. I click on "enable looping" then drag out the track but the data does not come with it. i'm sure i'm missing a step, what could it be??thanks..
