x2 not recognizing multiple cpu's

I have an Acer desktop computer,Win 7 Pro Service Pack 1AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+2.3 ghz2GB RAM32 bit OS Task manager recognizes 2 cpu's but Sonar X2 doesn't. There is only 1 bar in the cpu meter and it is almost always maxed out. How do I get X2 to see both cpu's?..
