Turn Off Fault Reporter

Is there any way to turn off this problem reporter & notifier in Plat now that it's defunct? I checked prefs. & the 'use local help' is greyed out, no option available. (the 'Always Use Offline Help' as in previous versions.)Is there a registry tweak I can modify?..

Sonar Platinum projects no longer syncing Motif
